Policies & privacy.

This page is a working draft and must be reviewed before the website accepts real orders.

Pricing and shipping

Listed prices are in Australian dollars and are intended to include standard shipping to eligible destinations: Australia, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. This inclusion is conditional on the final delivery policy being validated. Import duties, taxes and delivery exceptions may apply and will be explained before payment.

Commission approval and payment

A submitted enquiry does not create a paid order. Our studio will first review reference photographs and agree on composition, timing, and final details. Payment arrangements will be confirmed only after payment processing is enabled and verified.

Original artwork and delivery

Each painting is created individually. Painting, drying, packaging and delivery times vary by order; exact times will be confirmed before accepting payment. The studio will communicate how an artwork is packaged once tested for its surface and medium.

Reference images and privacy

Reference photos submitted for a commission should be used solely to assess and fulfil that commission, with restricted access and defined retention rules. In this offline preview no images are uploaded or saved remotely. Before launch we will publish complete privacy and retention procedures and implement secure storage.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Final custom-order cancellation and remedy policies, and applicable consumer-law rights, must be established and verified for supported customer locations before sales commence. No unverified no-refund commitments are made here.
